Rules and regulationsFKF Ove Helgesen Trophy will be played in accordance with applicable sections of the FIFA rules and the Norwegian F.A. rules. In questions of interpretations of FIFA rules, the English text applies.
ClassThere are three classes in the tournament:
Class Boys -04: Boys born 2003.01.01 or later
Class Boys -05: Boys born 2004.01.01. or later
Class Boys -06: Boys born 2005.01.01 or later
DatesThe tournament is played between 2`nd and 10`th of August 2019. Boys -06 and Boys -05 plays from 2`nd to 5`th August, and Boys -04 plays from 7`th to 10`th August.
FormatAll games are played 11-a-side.
The club has to be a member of their FIFA affiliated national association, or have a clearance from the tournament management.
The teams are divided into groups of three or four where all the teams will meet in a round robin series. The order among the teams will be decided according to points.
Three points will be awarded for a win, one point for a draw and
0 points for a loss.
If two or more teams have the same number of points, the order will be decided as follows:
1. Goal difference.
2. Highest number of goals scored.
3. Results of match/es between teams with equal points.
4. Draw
- Playing period All classes are playing 2x25min.
- Play Off A draw in the play off will be decided by penalty kicks according to FIFA rules. (5 penalties per team)
- Dispensations Dispensations will not be given for players who are over aged.
There is no maximum number of players for a team in the tournament.
A substituted player may re-enter in the match. Substitution can be done without stopping the game but the referee has to be informed. Notice that the game has to be stopped and the referee has to be informed by substitution of a goalkeeper. All substitutions should be done within the technical area of the team. Incorrect substitutions will be punished with a yellow card.
A player may participate for two teams in different classes in the tournament.

Team list
Every players name, birth date and number of jersey needs to registrered in the administration system.
If you need to do changes during the tournament, please contact the administratioin office, no later than 45 minutes before kick-off.
All team shirts must be numbered and the numbers must correspond to the numbers on the team list. Numbers must be on the backs of the shirts.
Two players may not use the same number in any given match.
If the two teams have similar or the same shirt color, the team listed as the away team will be asked to use their away kits.
If the referee still decides that one team should change shirts due to similarity to the opposing team’s shirts, the team appearing last in the program must change.
All teams must be ready at the field no later than 10 minutes before kick-off. The team manager must make sure that his players are adequately insured. All players MUST wear shinguards.
The teams are responsible for their supporters’ conduct.
All pitches are high quality artificial grass. All piches are close, in the same area, side by side.
All matches are played with balls of size 4 in Boys 2006.
All matches are played with balls of size 5 in Boys 2004 and Boys 2005.
Referees are members of the Norwegian Football Association.
The jury of the tournament consists of representatives from the administration office.
All protests must be in writing, and handed in to the tournament administration office by the team manager. Protests must be delivered no later than 30 minutes after the match is finished. A protest fee of NOK 500 will be paid at that time. This fee will be returned if the protest is approved.
- Cautions and Sending-Off Offences
Any player given a red card is automatically suspended from participation in the following match. The tournament jury can decide about suspension for further game(s). Yellow cards are not accumulated.
Any team not appearing at the appointed time and place for a match without a valid excuse can be declared looser by 3-0, after a decision by the jury. If a team repeatedly fail to appear at the games, the team may be excluded from the tournament. A fee of 5000 NOK will be charged to teams that dont appear at the appointed time for match.
The Norwegian club FK Fyllingsdalen organizes the “FKF Ove Helgesen Trophy”.
- Regulations for accommodation
The team manager as indicated on the Participants’ list is responsible for any damage caused by his/her players. Consumption of alcoholic beverages is absolutely forbidden at the hotel and at the pitches during the tournament.
- Insurance and responsibility
Make sure that all your players are insured both on and off the playing field. The tournament
(FKF Ove Helgesen Trophy) does not carry any group insurance protecting participants in case of injury, illness, theft or damage to property. FKF Ove Helgesen Trophy is in no way responsible for injury or economic loss which may arise in the case of war, warlike events, civil war, revolution or civil disturbances or because of the actions of the authorities, strikes, lockouts, blockades or similar events. Participants from countries that have no medical insurance agreement with Norway must have personal medical insurance.
